My name is Gina Senne -
Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor
My philosophy is that the body~mind~spirit likes to move, just like the stream. Also, the body~mind~spirit likes to be still, just like a pond. A balance between movement and stillness aids the body~mind~spirit in enjoying a healthy life experience. Whether our body is being moved through bodywork techniques, through our own act of movement, resting or meditating - the body~mind~spirit likes to move, and become still...both support our health and well-being.
A little bit about me ~ I practice bodywork because it's something that has personally enhanced my life. I feel the desire to share this and support others through education and application of bodywork. I enjoy a simple life of spending quality time doing things that support my body, mind, and spirit such as sitting under a shade tree with my dog in the grass, eating a yummy meal with my family, practicing yoga outside, taking walks in the sunshine, listening to music, reading and learning, receiving/giving bodywork, traveling to foreign places near and far, and meditation to name just a few. I received my certification to become a Licensed Massage Therapist through Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2016. Prior to that, I earned my certification as a Yoga Instructor with Pedro Franco of Premananda Yoga in 2015. I have also participated in various programs at Isha Institute of Inner Sciences in order to deepen my practice of meditation and yoga. In 2016, I traveled to Coimbatore, India to study Ayurveda and the applications of bodywork with Arya Vaidya Pharmacy and Isha Institute of Inner Sciences. My focuses in bodywork are myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and osteothai massage. I am forever a student, beneficial recipient and facilitator of bodywork.
I look forward to working with you and being part of your journey....
