Yoga and Meditation

Yoga or meditation is available for everyone and anyone of all ages. It is something that you can practice anywhere or anytime. It is a practice that is tailored to your specific personality and needs. I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and have enjoyed the practice since my very first community college class to practicing solo in the jungle of Panama. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2015 and now offer private classes to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Through one-on-one instruction, the yoga session is tailored to individual needs and preferences. All you need is a yoga mat (or directly on the earth) and the willingness to be open and accepting of your practice.  The practice is based upon Hatha yoga and may include Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga and meditation depending on your interests. I have seen yoga do amazing things for individuals recovering from challenges in life such as surgeries or illness. I have seen yoga do amazing things for individuals who are simply interested in taking time for themselves. Whatever your goal or situation may be, yoga has something to offer everyone.
